Justin has over 25 years experience working with businesses of all sizes in B2B and B2C marketing and technology solution capacities. He is the West Coast Director of the Duct Tape Marketing Network, trains marketing consultants in the network on SEO success strategies and authored the award winning Amazon best seller “The Small Business Owners Guide to Local Lead Generation”. 

Justin has worked with businesses ranging from HP and Cisco to leading service businesses across the US for the past 15 years. He's watched the development of service management software and systems and is inspired by the current possibilities of a well-developed system to transform a business.

He has always focused on results and using technology efficiently and effectively.  Throughout his career, Justin has developed everything from IPO presentations to complex construction estimation software, but his core focus and expertise are in online lead generation that brings in high-quality leads.

The systems that Justin and his team have developed are built to provide a lasting impact on the profitability and efficiency of the businesses they serve. 

Brenda, co-owner of Stand Out Results, is our “Make It Happen Captain” (yes, that's her exact title). She is the Chief Operating Officer who keeps the wheels turning, overseeing all aspects of projects and client relationships.

Brenda finds joy in the process of keeping the team on the right track. Organizing and managing details are her strength. 

She loves ensuring everyone on her team has exactly what they need to do their job with excellence. She has gained deep experience in everything from team leadership to software development project management to global logistics to get results.

Brenda’s superpower? Tracking stuff. Her husband lovingly brags about how her mind works like a huge spreadsheet and always knows where everything is. Luckily for the business, we get to leverage Brenda’s expertise and passion to meet the needs of our clients. 

An award-winning retail manager at the Limited for more than a decade, Brenda knows how to lead a team while enhancing the customer experience. Her background also includes account management and global logistics in the Silicon Valley chip manufacturing world. 

Brenda’s ability to keep the team's wheels turning comes to her naturally. Her parents owned a roller rink (every kid’s dream!), and she roller-skated competitively from a very early age.

Laurie has been involved with field service technology and IoT for the past 20 years. She's helped hundreds of organizations grow and overcome technology challenges to help streamline operations, track resources, enable workers in the field and provide better data at every customer touchpoint. 

Laurie brings a deep understanding of humans and technology and brings a unique clarity in bridging the gap between them while managing change. 

Although she can manage projects in a wide variety of tools, she has extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics and managing large development projects to stay on point and on budget.

Laurie leads digital transformation projects as a consultant, project manager and trainer.

John, is a "Get It Done Engine", and is the Stand Out Results team’s “relationships guy” with a big shot of implementation. Clients love him because he genuinely cares about meeting their needs. He says his job is the right balance of task-oriented and people-oriented work. 

John’s superpower? Working well with others and building relationships through smart solutions with both clients and members of the project team. 

Born in Venezuela, John has also lived in England and the Caribbean, where he worked in hospitality at swanky resorts and taught scuba diving lessons. 

In his free time, he pursued his hobby — digital marketing and websites — which soon became one of his passions.

He took online courses and essentially taught himself how to be a highly skilled web designer and developer. One of his favorite things about working at Stand Out Results is learning something new every day and growing as a team leader.
